Toshiba Announces Satellite Click 2 And Satellite Click 2 Pro 2-in-1 Detachable PCs


Along with the announcement about the hybrid laptop Satellite Radius, Toshiba also announced a pair of next generation 2-in-1 detachable PCs – the Satellite Click 2 and Satellite Click 2 Pro featuring 13.3-inch detachable displays.

Satellite Click 2:
Satellite Click 2 is a fanless device priced affordably for everyone at $586.99, the Satellite Click 2 includes a quad-core Intel Pentium processor2 and a 500GB hard drive, plus ultra-fast 802.11ac Wi-Fi. Featuring a 13.3-inch diagonal HD (1366×768) removable display, the Satellite Click 2 includes a durable hinge with a ‘quick-release’ latching mechanism for attaching and detaching the screen to the keyboard base. It comes with an audio experience with a sound system tuned by Skullcandy and DTS. It also comes with USB Sleep & Charge technology and Impact Sensor technology safeguards content stored on the internal hard drive.

Satellite Click 2 Pro:
Satellite Click 2 Pro comes with Full HD 13.3-inch diagonal removable display, 4th generation Intel Core™ processor, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, built-in microSD card slot, Micro HDMI, Micro USB 2.0 ports, Intel WiDi6 and LED backlit keyboard.

It also comes with Harman Kardon® sound system, a front HD webcam with dual array microphones, a rear 5MP camera, two USB 3.0 ports7, one with USB Sleep & Charge and an HDMI port. There is a premium version features a keyboard base with a secondary battery that extends the life of the device and an additional 500GB hard drive that complements the 128GB Solid State Drive8 built-in to the tablet.
