Indian food delivery start-up TinyOwl, which has attracted more than $16 million investment from the likes of Sequoia Capital and Nexus Venture Partners, is working on a Windows Phone app.

The news comes via their tech support, which has told a Windows Phone user that an app is on the way soon, saying:

TinyOwl is already available in a number of Indian cities, including Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune and has apps on iOS and Android.

On Android the app detects your location, shows restaurants and menus in your vicinity, and lets either pay via the app or on delivery.

TinyOwl hope to expand to more than 50 cities in the near future and deliver more than 50,000 meals per day.
