According to Fierce Cable, Time Warner Cable is in talks with Microsoft and other companies about streaming video deals. Time Warner Cable CEO Glenn Britt revealed this news at an investor conference in London. If Microsoft and Time Warner strike this deal, subscribers will be able to stream about 300 cable channels to their mobile devices and media hubs which includes Xbox One, Windows tablets, Windows Phones, etc,.

He said that Time Warner Cable may eventually release a TWC TV app through Microsoft’s new Xbox One gaming console which will enable this functionality. Recently, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer visited Hollywood to discuss many such deals which will bring more content to Windows based devices including the Xbox One.
