The main issue with a smartphone that has a big screen is that there is a high degree of probability that you’ll struggle while using the smartphone with one hand. And if you’ve small hands, that struggle could continue until you give up on the big-screen smartphones.

OnePlus 7 Pro and 7T Pro are the devices that have a giant screen and therefore, one-handed usage is not as easy as it’s on Pixel or iPhone 11. Bigger screen size is certainly an issue, but what is lacking in the OnePlus ecosystem is the right measure to counter that negative side of having a smartphone with a big screen. The Good news is the company is in the process of developing a new feature called One-handed Mode in OxygenOS and that should address the issue.

In a recent AMA for the OnePlus 7T series, OnePlus said that the company is working on One-handed Mode. The company, however, didn’t share anything as to when we’ll see the feature in action.

As the name suggests, One-handed Mode will make it easier for users with smartphones that have a big screen to use their smartphones with one hand. This feature will come handy especially to OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro users.
