Tado has expanded its range of home HVAC controls with the addition of a new Smart Thermostat and Smart Radiator Thermostat at IFA 2016 last week.

The new radiator thermostat lets you individually control the radiator in each room, saving energy and providing a more customizable home environment. With winter approaching, Tado claims on average a 31% saving on your energy bill.

The service has also been upgraded with IFTTT and Amazon Alexa support, and now also supports Apple’s Homekit.

“The smart heating control sector remains the beating heart of the smart home. Smart thermostats are currently the only technology within the smart home that generates measurable value of savings and comfort”, said Christian Deilmann, CEO and co-founder of Tado.

Tado is the leader in several European markets, and has offered good Windows Phone support from the get go.

You can pick up a Tado for only £199 at Amazon UK here, the new smart radiator for £179 at Tado here and the app can be found in the Windows Store here.
