UK publication MobileNews did some Mystery Calling to the major UK carriers and found almost universally carrier sales staff could not answer simple questions about the operating system, and even at one point questioned whether Blackberry ran Windows Phone.
In their online article MobileNews did not go into detail about the questions asked, but it includes aspects such as transferring data and saving items to Dropbox.

The most striking number is of course the low scores for knowledge of the OS, suggesting Microsoft needs to do a lot more work on educating carrier sales staff about the OS, or at least getting the message across that you can probably do just about anything you want to do, in the same vein as Apple’s successful “app for that” campaign.
