One of Microsoft’s newest Surfaces, the Surface Laptop, will soon be available in different colors. The most powerful variant of the Surface Laptop comes with Intel’s latest and greatest 7th-gen Core i7 processors, 16 GB RAM, 512GB storage and the Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640.
Microsoft only offered the Surface Laptop in different colors for the Intel Core i5 variant in the past, but the company will soon start selling the i7 variant in different colors as well. That means you will be able to get a Surface Laptop in Burgundy, Cobalt Blue, and Graphite Gold — all of which look fantastic and much better than the Platinum variant if you are fine with having a different colored laptop.
At the moment, you can’t actually buy the Surface Laptop’s most powerful variant in different colors. Microsoft is only showing the devices as “Coming Soon” on its official Microsoft Store, but that could change in a few weeks time. We’ll make sure to let you know once that happens — in the meantime, check out our Surface Laptop review here.
One more thing: the new color options aren’t showing up at all in countries outside of the United States, and that probably won’t change anytime soon.
