Update: Sonic Forces is Xbox One X Enhanced.
Sega announced today that Sonic Forces will launch on November 7 in North America and that fans can now preorder the physical-only Bonus Edition for $40. Available for a limited time only, the Bonus Edition will contain a Sonic Forces controller skin and the Sega-Atlus Pack Add-on, which offers 13 in-game outfit items and accessories to recreate the look of five other characters icons for your Hero Character.
Physical preorders are available now for the Xbox One version of the game at participating retailers, while digital preorders for Xbox One and PC will be announced at a later date.
From the team that brought you Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations, Sonic Forces has players experience fast-paced action as Modern Sonic, catapult past perilous platforms as Classic Sonic, and use powerful new gadgets as their own Custom Hero Character. It’s unclear if the game will support Xbox One X but we’ve reached out to Sega for comment given the release date. We’ll let you know as soon as we know more.
