Metro Exodus is out today and some unlucky players have had their launch day ruined by a printing error.
If your season pass code for Metro Exodus: Aurora Edition isn’t working, try not to worry. Deep Silver have tweeted that they’re aware of the problem and are currently working on a fix.
The code misprint only affects Aurora Edition copies of the game that are on PlayStation 4.
We have identified that there has been a misprint of the Season Pass codes in a small number of Metro Exodus' Aurora Edition in some countries. The misprint affects PS4 copies only. (1/2)

Deep Silver confirmed they’re working on creating a webpage on their support site. This page should allow anyone affected to exchange their code for a working one. The fix should be available sometime early next week.
Deep Silver didn’t specify which countries were affected by the misprint. It can be assumed that the UK may have been one of the zones hit, as Deep Silver UK also tweeted about the problem.
If your copy of Metro Exodus doesn’t meet the specifications but your season pass code still isn’t working, consider contacting Deep Silver for more help.
Metro Exodus is a survival horror shooter set in post-apocalyptic Russia. Set in the year 2036, two years after the events of Metro: Last Light, it features the return of the protagonist Artyom. Artyom must navigate the harsh wilderness while also fighting for his life against grossly mutated creatures and hostile humans alike.
