Samsung rolls out a new update for Samsung Experience launcher for Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+ and Galaxy Note 8.

Samsung has rolled out a new update for the Samsung Experience launcher for Galaxy S8. The latest update brings landscape home screen mode to Samsung’s last generation of flagship handsets. The feature previously debuted with Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. Now, Samsung has added the feature to the Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+ and Galaxy Note 8 as well.

The users of these handsets can now head to Home screen settings menu and enable landscape mode. Moreover, the feature has also made its way to Galaxy Note 8. However, not everyone has got the new landscape mode suggesting that Samsung might be rolling the update out in waves. To check if your device has got the new feature, head over to the Settings app and open Home screen settings. There should be a Portrait mode only option there if the feature has gone live for you. You can change the option to Landscape mode to change the orientation.
