Samsung reveals Thunderbolt 3 QLED Curved Monitor

Samsung today revealed its new CJ791 monitor, the first QLED curved monitor with Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. The CJ791 comes with 21:9 aspect ratio, 125 percent sRGB color spectrum, 1,500R curvature, 178-degree viewing angle and 3440×1440 ultra-wide QHD resolution for great viewing experience.

This 34-inch display can be driven by a single Thunderbolt 3 cable that offers processing speed of up to 40 Gbps and this Thunderbolt 3 interface will also provide up to 85 watts (W) of laptop charging power. The display comes with height-adjustable stand and tilt functionality allowing users to adjust the display for their most comfortable position.

The CJ791 also comes with gamer-friendly features such as Game Mode which contains a dynamic gamma setting that adjusts color and contrast of each individual scene inside a game to produce a true-to-life environment.
