Samsung has released their cross platform messaging app ChatOn for all Windows Phone devices. Previously, it was exclusive to Samsung Windows Phone devices. ChatOn service is already being used by about 100 million people around the world and this updated app in Windows Phone Store should serve more people who use this service everyday.
