Samsung Omnia W spreading across Europe, now available on Vodafone Germany, Telenor Sweden

Samsung’s unassuming follow-up to the much hailed Samsung Omnia 7, the Samsung Omnia W, is rapidly being rolled out across Europe.

The handset has yesterday popped up on Telenor in Germany for about 392 Euro off contract and around 23 Euro on a 24 month contract, making it pretty cheap according to Wingadget.se.

The handset is now also available on Vodafone Germany though with a more complicated tariff scheme.

Are many of our readers opting for this cheaper device over the more expensive ones such as the HTC Titan? Let us know below.

The Samsung Omnia W is a Windows Phone with a 3.7” S-AMOLED screen, HSPA+ data speeds, and a 1.4 GHz single-core processor. The phone has a 5-megapixel rear camera, a front-facing camera, gyro sensor, and 8 GB of storage. It will be released in most countries in Q4 2011, and will be released in the United States as the Focus Flash. Full specs…

Thanks Simon for the tip.
