Ring’s Video Doorbell 2 features 1080P 160-degree video recording, configurable motion-detection zones, and works on both hard-wire and battery power.
Crucially, however, the battery can be easily swapped, with Ring selling extra batteries, meaning it is now easy to keep your device powered 24/7, even without a nearby power outlet.
The device is now on sale for only $110, nearly $90 off the usual $199 price, and only $10 more than the older Ring Video Doorbell.
The Ring Video Doorbell 2 is fully supported on Windows 10, with the app available in the store below. Ring also offers live video, two-way audio, and mobile alerts plus cloud-based video-recording for $3 per month.
The deal is today-only and can be found at Amazon here.
