According to the report from GamesIndustry.biz, Senior Xbox Executive Phil Harrison is leaving Microsoft. Microsoft has refused to comment on this report.
“I don’t, no. I’m sorry, I don’t think I can say anything about that,” said Xbox chief Phil Spencer told Eurogamer when asked about it at GDC. Phil Harrison joined Microsoft in 2012 and he was hired by Don Mattrick. He is currently the Corporate Vice President of Interactive Entertainment at Microsoft.

In January 2013 Lift London, the first European studio to be built by Microsoft Studios from the ground up was officially announced by Phil Harrison. GamesIndustry.biz reports that Harrison grew frustrated when Mattrick’s departure and Spencer’s subsequent promotion did not result in him moving up the corporate ladder and decided to move on.
