Back in September, Microsoft released Windows 10 Technical Preview as part of Windows Insider Program. Windows 10 represents the first step of a whole new generation of Windows. Windows 10 unlocks new experiences for customers to work, play and connect. Windows 10 adapts to the devices customers are using — from Xbox to PCs and phones to tablets and tiny gadgets — and what they’re doing with a consistent, familiar and compatible experience, enabling even greater productivity. Windows 10 will run across the broadest range of devices ever from the Internet of Things to enterprise datacenters worldwide. Microsoft is also delivering a converged application platform for developers on all devices with a unified app store. Developers will be able to write an application once and deploy it easily across multiple device types, making discovery, purchase and updating easier than ever for customers.
So far, Microsoft has released three major builds of Windows 10 Technical Preview. Today, The Verge reported that Microsoft is planning to reveal consumer features of Windows 10 at a press event in late January. Even though Microsoft will be at CES, Windows 10 announcement will be at a separate event. Microsoft is expected to reveal the continuum feature of Windows 10, along with the updated UX for touch devices. Microsoft may also be talking about Windows 10 coming to mobile devices.
We are almost two months away from the event, what’s you expectation from Microsoft?
