Reddit not planning to release an official Windows Phone app

Reddit, one of the biggest websites on the web today launched its official apps for Android and iOS. The company is also offering three months of Reddit Gold (a premium subscription which hides all the ads from Reddit.com) to users who get the new mobile app on Android or iOS. Unfortunately though, the company is not planning to release an official Windows Phone app…which is not shocking, to say the least.

When a Redditor asked the company’s Alex Le (Vice President of Consumer Product) if they have any plans to bring the app to Windows, he simply responded “no.” Of course, there are lots of good third-party apps for Reddit on Windows 10 which possibly offer a better experience than the official Reddit app. Here are just some of them you can get on your Windows 10 device today:
