Razer today revealed its new controller for the Xbox One. The company’s Xbox One controller, the Wildcat is “a pro-gamer-validated, tournament-grade, console controller.” According to Razer, the Wildcat is 20% lighter than the other console controllers. However, the main feature of the Wildcat is its wide range of customizations — kind of like the Xbox One Elite Controller, which is also built for pro-gamers.
The controller uses premium materials such as aircraft-grade aluminium and reinforced high carbon steel. The Wildcat also includes removable triggers at the back, a control panel which allows users to control the volume, etc.
As you can see, the Wildcat is very similar to the Xbox One Elite Controller — and unsurprisingly enough, the price of the controller is also the same: $149.99. Razer will start selling the controllers from October.
