Recently, we reported that QuizUp opened up its closed beta testing. Now, today, according to reports from several users, the company has released the app to private testers. If you signed up for the beta testing, you should receive an email to access the beta and download it. It isn’t yet clear if the beta testing is available to all the users who’ve signed up previously, though.

For those unfamiliar with QuizUp, it’s a one of the most popular trivia games in the world, with more than 200 million players on iOS and Android. The game has over 220,000 questions, hundreds of subtopics from topics like: sports, TV, art, business, education, games, geography, history, lifestyle, literature, movies, music, nature, science, auto racing, baseball, basketball, cricket, football, hockey, martial arts, Olympics, soccer and World Cup. Here’s a video to give you a little more idea about QuizUp:

It’s worth pointing out that testers needed to agree to QuizUp’s Non-Disclosure Agreement while signing up for the beta testing – the agreement is strict which states that beta testers aren’t allowed to post screenshots and reviews of the app.

QuizUp hasn’t yet announced when the app will be available to the public, however, we expect the company to release it sometime soon.
