Call of Duty: Black Ops III players have spotted a potential teaser for the next game in the franchise, Infinite Warfare. At the end of each match on the popular map Nuk3town, an alien ship attacks the map, destroying it.
This video by Youtube channel TheFriendlyMachine shows the cutscene in slow motion.
After the map is destroyed, a skull and a futuristic logo appear on the screen. There have been rumors for a while about the next Call of Duty game taking place in space, and this adds a lot of credibility to them.
There’s been plenty of Infinite Warfare leaks lately, including the game’s name, the November 4th release date, and that the game is expected to launch with (and include) a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare remaster. None of these leaks have been confirmed by Activision themselves yet, but they’re all very reasonable.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is expected to be on Xbox One, Windows, and PlayStation 4. It’s set to be announced on May the 3rd, so we’ll find out more details about the game then.
