After three years in development, Post Trauma has officially launched on Xbox Series X|S, bringing players deep into a nightmarish world known as The Gloom. Developed by solo creator Roberto Serra of Red Soul Games and published by Raw Fury, the title is a chilling homage to survival horror classics like Resident Evil and Silent Hill.
With fixed camera angles, cinematic storytelling, and intense puzzle-solving, Post Trauma delivers an atmospheric journey that favors psychological tension over cheap scares. Players take on the role of Roman, a retired train conductor who finds himself trapped in a surreal and threatening dimension. Unlike typical action heroes, Roman is an ordinary man — vulnerable, unsure, and forced to rely on wit and caution over brute strength.

The game’s environments, inspired by Serra’s background in visual art, hide clues within the smallest details, encouraging players to closely study documents and surroundings. Voice acting from Togo Igawa, Autumn Ivy, and Hyoie O’Grady enhances the narrative’s emotional weight, alongside a haunting score by Nicolas Gasparini (Myuu).
Built in Unreal Engine 5, Post Trauma is more than a horror game, especially catering to captivate horror fans everywhere.
