According to research by RBC analyst Amit Daryanani, 35% of current Android and Windows Phone users are switching when the new, larger-screened iPhone 6 arrives.
In fact their research suggests new buyers would be willing to pay an extra $100 (or $299 total) for the privilege of the bigger screen.
Screen size was always a factor which held the iPhone back, and according to the research it may sway many of those who have resisted the iOS pull in the past.
