Yesterday, Microsoft released Windows 10 Build 10547 to Windows Insiders on the Fast ring. With the latest build, Microsoft has added a couple of improvements, especially for the user interface. The software giant has also added some new features, such as a new 4th column for the Start Menu, support for WebRTC in Microsoft Edge, the ability to use Cortana without a Microsoft account, and more. As you may have already guessed, the latest build of the Windows 10 Insider Preview includes some performance improvements and bug fixes, too.
I’ve been using the build for a few hours now, and it is pretty nice. I have not found any major (or even minor) bugs, and everything feels a tad bit better on the latest build. The latest build shows that Microsoft is indeed listening to Windows Insiders’ feedback – a lot of Insiders (including me) wanted a 4th column on the Start Menu, and it’s finally here with the latest build. The ability to use Cortana without a Microsoft account is also pretty interesting, but I couldn’t get it to work for me which is quite annoying. That being said, if you’ve installed build 10547, what do you think of it? Vote on the poll below:
