Photo Magic is another great image manipulation/ enhancement app for Windows phone 7.
While the software is not Photoshop for phones, it does allows a variety of special effects to be added to pictures, either from the on-device library or Facebook, including classics like Sepia and more complex ones like turning pictures into pencil drawing.
