OnePlus is now rolling out OxygenOS update to recently announced OnePlus 8T smartphones, though the company hasn’t started shipping the smartphone. The new update includes some noteworthy new features and improvements.

Talking about what’s new, the always-on display mode has a new style called Canvas and as explained by AndroidPolice, “Canvas will sketch the outline in white on black and use that as the background for your AOD. When you unlock, it fades out and reveals the image as your wallpaper.” For OnePlus 8T Users based in India, the Amazon shopping app will automatically be installed after installing the latest update. Other features include an optimized unlock experience for Ambient Display, optimized power consumption for your phone, improved app stability, camera improvements, and more.
