Yesterday, Microsoft release the latest and greatest version of Office – Office 2016. With the latest update for Office, Microsoft has added a bunch of new features and improvements to the Office apps. As usual, Office 2016 is available to Office 365 users, meaning that Office 365 users can download Office 2016 right now for free. If you are not an Office 365 subscriber, Microsoft has a pretty sweet deal for you.

If you already own Office 2010 (or earlier) and upgrade to Windows 10, you will be able to get a 50% discount (that’s $35) on a one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal using the Get Office app in Windows 10. Microsoft’s Terry Myerson states:

I also want to highlight a very cool offer from the Office team — if you upgrade to Windows 10 and have Office 2010 or earlier, you can get a 50% discount on a one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal through the pre-installed Get Office app.

If you are planning to get Office 365, will you be grabbing this deal? Let us know in the comment section below.
