Blizzard’s ever-popular multiplayer shooter Overwatch is definitely coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Initially leaked through an officially licensed case for the console, the port’s release date was leaked through a European retailer. (Thanks, Resetera.)

The leak shows that a Switch version of the game will release on October 18th. That’s a pretty solid surprise for today’s Nintendo Direct! Overwatch on Nintendo Switch was confirmed earlier today by Kotaku and Eurogamer.

The notion of the title coming to Nintendo’s hybrid console isn’t a new one. In an AMA (Ask Me Anything) two years ago, Overwatch lead designer Jeff Kaplan that the developer was looking into the game’s port.

“I’m loving the Switch!” Kaplan said. “My second favorite gaming platform of all time is the 3DS. Getting OW on the Switch is very challenging for us. But we’re always open minded about exploring possible platforms.”
