Microsoft yesterday highlighted the new features that are now available on Outlook mobile app for Android devices.

Outlook for Android now allows you to customize your email notifications from your favorite people (VIPs). You can add someone as a favorite to create a special place in sidebar which will allow you to quickly access recent emails from them. Whatever changes you make to your Favorites in Outlook mobile will also be reflected in Favorites in Outlook on the web. When you are busy, you can even select to only receive notifications from your VIPs.

Outlook for Android now makes use of Microsoft Graph to pull additional contact details such as the person’s reporting structure and more. Outlook for Android recently added a new feature to scan a business card and easily add it as a contact. Watch the video demo of this feature below.
