Microsoft recently introduced Office 365 Connectors on the Web. To allow users to access Connectors from their mobile devices, the company released a new update for the Outlook Groups for iOs just yesterday. With the latest update for Groups on iOS, Office 365 users can view updates from their Connectors. For those who don’t know, Office 365 Connectors basically allows you to get all the updates from various different services such as GitHub, Trello, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Twitter and Wunderlist right on your Office 365 Admin Panel. Office 365 Connectors are a lot like Slack integrations, and Microsoft will possibly open it up to more developers in the near-future.

Alongside support for Office 365 Connectors, Microsoft also introduced the ability to manage your Office 365 Group — with the latest update, users can change the name of their group, ste a picture, a description and even delete a group right from the iOS app on their iPhone. Here is the full changelog:

  • Rich conversation views of your favorite content, whether you are tracking a Twitter feed, managing a project with Trello or watching the latest news headlines with Bing and more with Office 365 connectors.
  • Manage your group on the go – Now you can change a group name, set a picture and a description, and delete groups that you own.

For those wondering, Connectors are already available in the Outlook Groups app for Android, and it should be coming to Windows Phone sometime very soon.
