Outlook for iOS now allows you to create and edit recurring events

Microsoft today released a major update for Outlook app on the Apple App Store. This new update v2.7.1 includes new features and improvements. You can now create and edit recurring events straight from the app. E.g “New Year’s Eve Party” every December 31st. This feature will be available only for Office 365 users. They have improved the way emails with very small font are displayed in the app for more readability.

With this update, they now display search results by conversation rather than as individual results. This change will make it easier to find the desired mail through search. Finally, they have added support for Passbook files. Check out your flight details back home or your ticket for the office party right from your inbox.

The latest update is now available on the App Store and you can download it here.
