Orange France offering tethering service to their Windows Phone users

According to Monsmartphone Windows Phone users in France are being sent text messages offering them a tethering package.

The text message reads:

Le service Orange Modem Let’s Go est disponible. Utilisation de son mobile comme passerelle de connexion. A partir de 8€ Par mois pour l’option 200Mo.

Which translates into:

Service Modem Orange Let’s Go is available. Use your mobile as a gateway connection. From € 8 per month for the 200MB option.”

Hopefully this it an indication that Orange will be rolling out the expected WIFI tethering update soon to their Windows Phone 7.5 handsets.  Such a coming update was leaked as far back as September 17th, and was to bring also Visual Voice Mail and MMS Group Messaging.
