OneDrive for Windows 10’s desktop sync client will soon have a dark theme

With Windows 10, Microsoft made it easier to turn your operating system dark. With the Windows 10 October Update, the firm brought the dark theme to the File Explorer, and now it appears to be extending that to the Windows 10 OneDrive sync client.

First spotted by OnMSFT’s Florian B, the firm appears to be rolling out a full dark theme to Windows on recent Insider builds. Like Microsoft’s (as well as Apple and Google’s) contemporary takes on the dark theme, it isn’t pure black anymore and more of a dark grey look.

The build number to be on the lookout for is 18.212.1021.0007, and it is rolling out to Insiders now.
