Vivo Nex 3, a successor to the Nex 2 smartphone is reportedly going to see the daylight next week in China. And as the case with most of the unreleased smartphones, specs, and features of Vivo’s upcoming flagship got leaked, the latest being a hands-on video of the Nex 3 surfaced online a few days ago.
This time around, however, it’s Vivo who gave us a glimpse of what the smartphone looks like, in a number of teasers posted on its official Weibo account. The teaser videos don’t reveal much information about the smartphone, but it confirms the previously leaked design.
Vivo Nex 3 is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, which as per Qualcomm, is a great processor for gamers. In terms of primary memory, Vivo will introduce the smartphone in two variants — 8GB of RAM and 12GB of RAM. Add to that, you have three storage options — 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
Vivo’s upcoming flagship is also expected to be an impressive camera smartphone with a triple-lens camera 64MP + 13MP + 13MP at the back. Selfies are expected to be decent too, as it has a 16MP shooter at the front.
Featuring a 6.89-inch display with a resolution of 2256 x 1080p, the Vivo Nex 3 is also rumored to have over 100% screen-to-body ratio. Rumors also suggest a 4,500mAh battery, support for 44W fast charging, a 5G variant with similar specs, and most importantly, a 3.5mm headphone jack.
