The Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee have published the official Sochi 2014 Guide to the Windows Phone Store.
The app is an online guide for the Winter Olympics being held in Russia soon and is designed to help Games spectators better orient themselves in Sochi and at Olympic venues and to choose routes on Olympic transportation. 
It also simplifies following Games news in real time, browsing through the best photographs from the competitions and receiving Push Notifications.
The free app, which I am sure is useful even if you are not able to attend, can be found in the Windows Phone Store here.
