Today, Microsoft announced that the company is now alloing more Office 365 small businesses and enterprise users will be able to use Microsoft’s FastTrack. For those who don’t know, FastTrack delivers a quick and predictable way to get started and deployed in your organization with Office 365. Here are some of the features of the Office 365 FastTrack Onboarding Center:
- Direct remote assistance provided by an Office 365 onboarding expert who will assist with critical onboarding activities working with customers and partners.
- Robust suite of automated checks and configuration tools to enable tasks such as current state assessment, identity management, and domain configuration.
- Onboarding support will be available in the following languages: English Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Brazilian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Previosuly, FastTrack was only available to customers with 150 seats (or more). However, the service is now available to customers with 50 to 149 seats of Office 365 Enterpriose and small business plans users. The company stated:

Starting today, customers with 50 to 149 seats of Office 365 enterprise and small business plans can take advantage of our customer success service Microsoft FastTrack. Previously available only to customers with 150 seats or more, FastTrack provides resources and dedicated engineers who can assist you, or the Microsoft Partner you work with, to implement Office 365, onboard users and get the most business value from your investment.
