Nokia’s shares dropped 16% after their announcement of their new flagship Windows Phone 8 handsets, but it seems the paradoxical drop has not stemmed the upward momentum of the company, as it has now recovered back to the level it was prior to the announcement.
The shares are now trading at 2.84, 1.8% up on the day. Hopefully the run-up will continue even in the face of the announcement of the iPhone 5, which is sure to disappoint today.
