Microsoft today announced that Lumia 930 Windows Phone 8.1 device will go on sale form this week in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Microsoft UK has announced that Lumia 930 will be available in the UK from July 17th. All the retailers will be taking pre-orders starting today. Microsoft will also give DT-601 Wireless charging plate for free to all Nokia Lumia 930 customers. In addition to that, all per-ordered devices will get portable wireless charger, MD-12 Wireless Speaker and a Windows Phone Store app voucher for free.
The device will be available on contract for free from all major carriers and retailers from around £33 per month.
In related news, the official Windows Phone UK Twitter account also revealed that Cortana will not be hitting UK in July, agaisnt expectations that the digital assistant will arive in “weeks, not months.”
