Nokia Lumia 930 has extremely limited availability in India

For most of the world there is only really one Windows Phone flagship, the Nokia Lumia 930, with the 1520 being much too large for most people.

With many complaints about a lack of a flagship for the holidays just passed, we have argued that the 930 is a perfectly good upgrade for any 2012-2013 generation Windows Phone owners.

It seems however that in India, despite being launched there some months ago, the handset is not really available.

The device was announced in India in mid-October, but has seen extremely limited distribution in stores, despite stores having dummy models, and is often unavailable on Flipkart.

Being a Nokia Lumia 930 owner I think the handset is a perfectly good device which should be promoted more and distributed more widely, but it seems in this case Microsoft is content to shoot themselves in the foot.

Have any of our readers had trouble getting their hands on the handset?

Thanks Jitesh for the tip.
