WPCentras.lt reports that Nokia Lithuania has posted on their Facebook page that  Nokia’s new Windows Phone 7 handsets, the Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia Lumia 710, will be coming to Lithuania in 2012 with full localization, including Lithuanian language support and access to Marketplace.

Given that Lithuanian is not one of the 22 languages supported by Mango we can assume Tango will also be arriving in the same time scale.
