WPMania.com.br reports that the Nokia Lumia 730 has passed through certification in Brazil.
The Anatel certification authority cleared the device for sale, revealing the smartphone much as we know it, and without the digital TV common in Brazil.
The handset, which features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.2Ghz, 1GB of memory RAM, screen 4.7 AMOLED 720 × 1280 screen, 2200 mAh battery, 8GB internal memory with support for microSD cards up 128GB, 15GB of cloud storage with the OneDrive service, and support for wireless charging should be hitting stores shortly. A price has not been announced yet.
Another two windows phones are also set to go on sale in Brazil soon.
Telecompaper reports that Blu Products has launched the Blu Win Jr and Blu Win HD at the Eletrolar 2014 fair in Sao Paulo. The Win Jr. costs BRL 399 and comes with a 4-inch WVGA screen, 5 MP camera and memory expandable to 64 GB while the Win HD costs BRL 799 and comes with 5-inch 720P screen, 8 MP camera and expandable memory to 64 GB. Both handsets feature 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor and support dual SIM.
The devices should be in local shops by the end of the month.
