Nokia Lumia 630 to hit O2 Germany in around 2 weeks

The Nokia Lumia 630 is the first of a new generation of Windows Phone 8.1 handsets, and is expected to start rolling out in mid-May around the world.

Now a reliable source has informed us the handset will be hitting O2 Germany in around 2 weeks.

Telefonica will be selling the handset for 159 Euro (around $220) which is somewhat more than expected, but hopefully still cheap enough for the German market.

The handset should be reaching a large number of other carriers around the same time, with Nokia saying more than 100 carriers have already ranged the smartphone even before its launch.
