Microsoft once again today confirmed that the upcoming Windows Phone 8.1 update will come to all existing Windows Phone 8 devices. The most low-end Windows Phone 8 device available in the market is Nokia Lumia 520 and Windows Phone 8.1 will of course run on it without any issues.
