Viner is a new 3rd party Vine-viewing app for Windows Phone.  The app has been developed by Philippe Maes and allows users to register for or sign in to an account, view your personal timeline, search for people and follow friends, like or comment on posts, view other users’ vines and likes, change your settings and preferences, watch the latest and coolest Vines in the Popular Now and Editor’s Picks sections, and more.

What the app however does not let you do is post your own Vines, a feature we have seen demonstrated by other Windows Phone developers, so we know it is possible.

Viner features a very good Metro implementation very reminiscent of Instance and is for the minute Windows Phone 8-only, but the developer is hoping for a Windows Phone 7 version soon.

The app is currently undergoing certification and should become available next week.

See a video demo after the break.
