New VAIO SX12 laptop has a smaller footprint than an A4 paper

VAIO today announced a new laptop named SX12. The new VAIO SX12 is a 12.5-inch Windows laptop that weighs about 897g and comes with a compact body that is smaller than a A4 paper. Despite its compact size, SX12 features 19mm full size “silent keyboard” which reduces rattle and unpleasant noise allowing you to type without any distraction.

SX12 also supports variety of connectivity options. It has an HDMI port supporting 4K output, a VGA port, a LAN port, 1 USB Type-C port, 3 USB-A ports and SD card support. You can also use USB-C port for charging this laptop.

The VAIO SX14 is powered by latest generation Intel Core i processors, up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB SSD to offer great performance. It will offer up to 14 hours of battery life and comes with an optional LTE module for on the go connectivity.

The Vaio SX12 is priced between 119,800 yen (around 1100 USD) to 216,800 yen (around $1991).
