A couple of weeks back we reported that Samsung is working on bringing Night Mode and faster-charging support for the Galaxy S10 family. The news was confirmed by the President of Samsung China in an event but no timeline was revealed.
However, if Ice Universe is to be believed, Samsung is aiming for late April or early May to release a major update for the Galaxy S10 devices. The update will include the new Night Mode that the company is working on. According to Ice Universe, the Night Mode will be isolated like Video and Pro mode. Also, Samsung will be updating their camera algorithm with the new update.
Samsung is redesigning the camera "Night" mode for the Galaxy S10 series. This option is isolated, just like the Video, Pro independent mode. In addition, the camera algorithm has also been updated, this major update will be launched in April or May. pic.twitter.com/fQddhkENUq

Since it’s a major update, we could expect other features as well. However, we don’t know much about what Samsung has planned apart from the Night Mode.
