Nearly 50% of Symbian users would consider a Nokia Windows Phone


On the eve of Nokia’s big Windows Phone 7 announcement a poll over at makes for interesting reading.

According to the long-lived poll, which has been running for the last 6 months now, 48.58% of Symbian users would consider a Nokia Windows Phone.

While Nokia’s sales figures themselves has been in a steep decline, there is every possibility the huge Nokia Symbian installed base will chose a new Nokia Windows Phone when this is finally presented.

Hopefully the introduction is also associated with a massive media splash to make buyers are that Nokia has finally delivered something new after all.
