I think developers are getting crazy about WP7 platform. Everyday they are exploring new things in this new platform, right from simple USB hack to gaining access to full file system access. Today is the another day in this series of exploration.
Kevin Marshall, a developer from clarity consulting with help from XDA Developers thread, @ChrisWalshie and the SLARToolkit have done a simple augmented reality application based on Silverlight using native access to camera feed of WP7 which Microsoft currently doesn’t support in their API. Let us hope that Microsoft will soon open up these cool API’s like camera, compass which enables developers to build really nice stuff.
