My Over clocking Experience

Dark, story telling mood:

The day was young, 5AM about. I went over to my favorite site for new tweaks, and HTC HD2 apps, XDA and one new tweak caught my eye. This tweak was called LeoCpuSpeed, and what does it do? well it changes the CPU speed. I had a great idea of playing with my CPU speed, and going over the limit. So… I turned this said app on, and pulled the trigger. My device was going at 1152Mhz, and it was holding up well. I went a little higher to 1190Mhz, then 1228Mhz, and the last thing was 1267. That was a very high number, and I was worried my device might not make it, but being a power user comes with the duty of always trying things even if it could brick or crash your device. Well I did it. Pressed 1267Mhz, and 2 seconds later I heard a weird noise, my phones screen was white, then lines, and finally I took out the battery to which was very hot.

Now why am I telling you this? well simple. If you want to see how good your device is… over clock it to a safe level for a while and browse the web, and do all you need to. This will show your true power, but will also put your device at much risk, which is not always good.

If you are in the mood to try this out, download and install it.
