Motorola should really be admired for keeping soldiering on with the Q series, despite lackluster public acceptance. The latest incarnation of the form factor, the Motolola Q11, has many of the same features of the other Q devices – a great keyboard, nice screen and thin form factor. It adds some consumer-friendly features, like a 3 megapixel camera, 3.5,, headphone jack and GPS with turn-by-turn software, and drops 3G connectivity which should improve battery life. WIFI is thankfully still present. The memory is expandable via microSD card and a 1GB card will be bundles.
The smartphone features Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, and the video below (Portugese) shows it includes the often omitted Windows Live Messenger
The device appears to be destined for release in Brazil first, apparently because it will be manufactured there.
