SleepWin is a smart alarm, which allows you to:
- track and record all the motions and sounds during your sleep
- see well-organized sleep statistics
- have an idea about your sleep debt
SleepWin is actually a real sleep diary. You can use it to add entries manually or record them automatically. Theese records form a base for statistics and are used to calculate a sleep debt. Resulting data serve for quick detection of sleep deprivation and could be used to find a way to reduce the sleep debt. Application also provides a built-in notification, which reminds you when it’s time to go to bed. This notification is based on alarms set for the next day and the ideal sleep time configured by the user.
For each alarm it is possible to activate “smart alarm”, which uses motion data recorded during sleep to estimate the sleep phase. The alarm is activated when the light phase of sleep is detected and time to trigger alarm is close enough. Sleep time might be slightly reduced in this case, but waking up should be easier and more pleasant.
Quick nap alarm lets you to have a nap without thinking about what time it is now and what time you have to wake up.
